Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) seeks an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join the Learning Disability and Forensic directorate. The post covers LD inpatient services at Little Plumstead Hospital and the Broadland Clinic, with work across Norfolk.
You will assess and treat service users with learning disabilities and complex mental health/physical health needs, provide supervision and training, and liaise within the MDT to develop services.
