You will contribute to triage, assessments and MDT case reviews, supporting fatigue and brain fog management and rehabilitation across Ealing and Hillingdon.
The role is Band 7 with a salary of £55,524 to £62,652 per year pro rata incl. HCAS, 30 hours per week, and NHS Agenda for Change.
