Montu UK is seeking an experienced Safeguarding and Complex Health Lead to bridge clinical governance, safeguarding, and patient care.
You will oversee a caseload of complex mental health cases and act as the internal expert for clinicians and the wider team.
You will drive safeguarding excellence, mentor teams, and ensure governance frameworks meet high safety standards while collaborating across departments and external services.
