King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Pharmacist to provide and develop specialist clinical pharmacy services to the Care Group. The post holder will liaise between wards, departments and pharmacy to tailor services to meet the Specialty Care Group's needs wherever possible.
You will lead on clinical pharmacy input across sub-specialties, supervise rotational staff, and contribute to cost-effective prescribing and discharge liaison, working with the Principal.
