About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced professional to help lead and grow our MedTech service offering as Costello Medical continues to expand. In this Senior Analyst role, you will take ownership of client projects, provide strategic advice, and support and mentor project teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality deliverables to agreed timelines.

You will play a key role in delivering cross‑divisional MedTech projects that span value & access, evidence development and medical communications. This includes developing innovative approaches to evidence generation, value messaging and market access, particularly for technologies where traditional clinical or economic endpoints may not fully capture their benefit. Our work covers a range of client accounts, disease areas and technologies, including medical and surgical devices, diagnostics, imaging solutions and digital health innovations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse project types such as health economic modelling, value dossiers, advisory boards, and strategic communication materials.

Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to the development of long‑term client partnerships and support business development initiatives. This includes leading and contributing to project proposals and pitches, identifying opportunities to expand our work with existing clients, and exploring potential new client accounts to support the continued growth of our MedTech offering. As you progress, you will also be expected to take increasing ownership of business development activities, including building and managing your own pipeline of work independently.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and a proactive approach to fostering client relationships in the MedTech space. This role calls for a blend of collaboration, self‑motivation, and a passion for delivering exceptional deliverables and high quality advice to clients.

Essential requirements for the role are:

  • An undergraduate degree‑level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1). We welcome candidates from a diverse range of specialisms, including biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in delivering healthcare consulting projects, including direct experience leading the development of projects related to HEOR, medical communications, value materials and/or marketing; direct experience working with MedTech would also be beneficial.
  • The technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients on project content and approach.
  • Strong scientific writing skills, with proficiency in tailoring content for various audiences (payers, patients, clients, internal teams).
  • Experience leading client communication in both written and verbal formats, and the ability to adapt to varied communication styles.
  • The proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of written accuracy and excellent proficiency in English and numeracy.
  • Demonstrable project management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Proficiency in data presentation, with the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce professional, high‑standard work.
  • A commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands.

What We Offer

A starting salary of £50,000 per annum, as well as a discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year. We have established salary bands that ensures a fair and consistent approach for all applicants, eliminating the need for individual negotiations.
