Salary: Up to £55,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW (hybrid, fully on-site required)

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Partner with subject matter experts and EHR Management to ensure build consistency and successful end‑to‑end patient‑centric workflow.
  • Identify and resolve production issues, determining appropriate parties and solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Provide support to team members and serve as the initial point of contact for their assigned team.
  • Participate in planning, obtain customer input and project resource requirements.
  • Review system requirements with customers and translate them into specific functions or deliverables.
  • Work with all clinical, business and technical resources in a positive, supportive and collaborative team manner.
  • Carry out analysis of process workflows, data collection and reporting requirements, interpreting into design where necessary.
  • Analyze flow chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently certified in Beacon EPIC application (Essential).
  • Extensive experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end‑user training, or equivalent in an operational or financial role (Essential).
  • Experience with Epic modules, ancillary systems and health system operations (Essential).
  • Experience supporting a major system in a clinical or system analyst capacity (Essential).
  • Experience working in an agile environment (Essential).
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or foundation degree in IT, computer science or related field (Essential).
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
  • Other IT professional certification (ITIL, Prince 2, etc.) (Preferred).
