Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (health visitors)
work within Wiltshire Childrens Community Services to lead and deliver a high quality, proactive service for children and the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme. The aim of the service is to reduce health inequalities, safeguard children and improve outcomes.
