Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Biomedical Scientist to lead the Cellular Pathology team in Salisbury. You must be HCPC registered, hold a BSc in Biomedical Sciences, and ideally an MSc with IBMS portfolio.
You will manage technical sections, staff rotas, and training while upholding ISO 15189:2022 standards and high-quality patient care in a busy lab environment.
