Safeguarding and Complex Health Lead At Montu, we are re transforming access to cannabis-based medicines through safe, evidence‑led digital healthcare.
We’re looking for an experienced health professional who thrives in complex clinical environments, is passionate about safeguarding and governance, and wants to play a pivotal role in improving outcomes for patients with nuanced and long‑term mental health needs.
In this position, you will be a vital bridge between our clinical, governance, safeguarding, and patient‑care teams, and will act as our organisational Safeguarding Leads.
You will be responsible for the caseload of complex patients, ranging from mental health and those living with long term conditions.
You'll be involved in follow‑up of these patients while also serving as the internal subject‑matter expert for clinicians and the wider team.
Your expertise will guide the wider team and ensure our clinical governance frameworks meet the highest standards of safety.
