PAM group is recruiting an EAP Helpline Counsellor for night shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, homebased/remote.
You will answer inbound calls and live chats, provide supportive counselling, psychoeducation and signpost to external agencies when needed.
This role requires a post graduate diploma in counselling, CBT is a plus, and strong computer literacy.
Night shifts run 20:30–07:00 with flexibility to meet business needs; a 21-hour weekly commitment.
