This post is fixed term/secondment until 15/08/27 due to maternity cover. A position has arisen for a motivated individual to join our innovative and proactive Community Hospital Team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care. The successful individual should be able to demonstrate reliability, and commitment to providing a high standard of patient care.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our team to help provide skilled, clinically effective care using best practice. This post in an exciting opportunity for a trained nurse to develop and build skills within a continually developing learning environment. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
