You will be responsible for playing a personal and direct, hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents. You will also be leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to ensure you create a warm and inclusive environment in which our residents feel a sense of security and belonging while simultaneously retaining their dignity and self-respect. Main duties of the job:

• Play a personal and direct, hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to residents.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a warm and inclusive environment.
• Maintain the identity and dignity of residents with a focus on living life to the fullest.
• Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and an extended range of externally qualified professionals.

• Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
