Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Public Health Nurse for Children and Young People in Care, based at Erlegh House, University of Reading, in a 24 hours per week post.
You will undertake health assessments for looked-after children aged 0-17 within Berkshire and surrounding area, contribute to care plans, promote health, and work with multi-agency partners to secure the best outcomes for these vulnerable young people.
