Job Introduction

Help us to deliver great primary care by improving access, outcomes and patient experience.

Role Responsibility

  • Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a Primary Care setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber.
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
  • Preferred candidate is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

  • Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
