Purpose of the Role
In this role, you’ll assemble and configure our devices, make sure everything works perfectly through testing and quality checks, and play a key part in getting products ready for our users. Collaboration is central to this role; you’ll work closely with colleagues across Production, Quality, Stores, and Customer Operations, supporting a strong One Team culture built on accuracy, care, and pride. Our products directly support people with disabilities, so every device you build truly matters. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in improving how we work, suggesting ideas that make our processes safer, smoother, and more efficient. Alongside this, you’ll help maintain high standards in quality, safety, data protection, and sustainability. Additional information
This is a full‑time office role based in our Malvern office, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to support collaboration and teamwork. You will gain in‑depth knowledge of our products and see first‑hand the impact they have on empowering people every day. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the business and contribute to shared goals.
