As the Product Manager for our Incision Care portfolio, you will be given the autonomy to lead the implementation and development throughout UK&I by maximising Mölnlycke’s engagement and messaging reach across the healthcare market.

To succeed in your new position, you will take the lead in the following areas:

  • Acting as subject matter expert for the portfolio, advising on product, technical, and pricing queries while supporting informed commercial decision‑making.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product launches, coordinating strategy, cross‑functional alignment, and execution to deliver successful outcomes aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility, and drive growth within a highly competitive wound care market.
  • Build brand advocacy through engagement with key opinion leaders and strategic customers, developing strong relationships that influence adoption and long‑term portfolio success.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver training, communicate key messages, and support product demonstrations to improve field effectiveness and drive revenue performance.
  • Own KPI tracking and performance analysis, using data to evaluate sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and optimise marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with UK, EMEA, and global teams alongside external agencies to ensure aligned strategies, consistent messaging, and high‑quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to refine positioning, strengthen competitive advantage, and enhance overall commercial and marketing performance.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in marketing of medical devices, strong preference for surgical product marketing experience.
  • Superb grasp of English language, both written and verbal.
  • Confident and dynamic personality with a growth mindset and drive with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Demonstrated ability as a fast learner, a clear sense of ownership, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to contribute to strategic direction as well as execution.
  • Degree qualified and/or Marketing Qualification.
