Job summary
Cobbs Garden Surgery are looking for a Practice Nurse Manager to join the team on a part-time basis for 18-22 hours per week.
This role is responsible for providing clinical leadership, management, and support to the nursing team within the practice.
The post holder will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while maintaining compliance with NHS, CQC, and professional standards.
The Practice Nurse Manager will lead on the development of nursing services, workforce planning, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development.
They will work collaboratively with GPs, management, the wider multidisciplinary team, and external organisations to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
Main duties of the job
- Provide professional leadership and support to all members of the nursing team.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Maintain oversight of clinical standards and patient outcomes.
- Lead on the development, implementation, and review of nursing policies and procedures.
