Baddeley Green Surgery is seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join its multidisciplinary primary care team. The role focuses on infection control, immunisations, chronic disease management, health promotion, and Well Woman/Well Man clinics, with responsibility for QoF and QiF targets.
You will provide wound care, carry out health assessments, venepuncture, ECGs, travel vaccination advice, and support GPs with minor procedures while maintaining accurate records and contributing to policy reviews.
