Livewell Southwest is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Community Crisis Response Team in Plymouth. You will manage a diverse caseload of acutely unwell patients in their homes, delivering timely, person-centred care seven days a week.
You will work within an MDT, develop advanced frailty assessment and clinical reasoning skills, and access ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities offered by the Trust.
