BD’s Hospital Pharmacy Workflow Specialist role is on-site at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, with travel across the Trust/ICS. You will guide clinical teams through change, deliver training, and optimise safety and efficiency of ward automation systems.
Working 3–4 days on-site, 1–2 days remote, you’ll lead deployment, refine workflows, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain strong stakeholder communication and ongoing improvements.
