You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Working at our care home that provides specialist and recovery care for the young and physically disabled/specialist neurological rehabilitation care for 18 to 70-year-olds.
You’ll:
- Provide therapeutic care management for residents by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes.
- Evaluate progress; reassessing and altering treatments as required.
- Provide support and communication in an understandable way to residents, carers and other staff members.
- Complete any admin duties such as maintaining clinical records and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner.
- Deliver a reliable, co-ordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- A naturally caring individual, who holds a degree in Physiotherapy, a HCPC Registration and a CSP membership.
- Experience of working with clients with complex needs.
- An effective communicator, with the ability to lead, mentor and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting, always looking to make a difference to people’s lives.
