Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking two Band 6 Patient Flow Co-Ordinators to support the Patient Flow Coordinator Team at St James’s University Hospital, Leeds. They will coordinate patient flow, expedite placement and discharge, and escalate from the Emergency Department as needed.
