  • Technical Coherence
    • Maintain technical coherence across VisualFactory and integrated in-house systems.
    • Define and govern integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and event-driven interactions.
    • Identify and mitigate technical, architectural, and operational risks throughout the system’s lifecycle.
  • Configuration Strategy & SME Enablement
    • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Platform Owner to define and implement patterns for self-service configuration by process engineers, to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant.
  • Continuous Improvement & Data-Driven Decisions
    • Work alongside software development teams to guide design decisions and implementation approaches.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
    • Collect and analyse platform usage statistics and user feedback.
