As Endoscopy Nurse within our Outpatient Department at The Manor Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care.

You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC.

You also have post-registration experience.

As a Endoscopy Nurse, you will

  • Your main responsibilities will be to Pre-Assess Endoscopy patients
  • Provide assistance pre/during/post diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.
  • Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients to ensure delivery of a high standard of care.
  • Support the senior clinical team, demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff.
  • Taking part in clinical audits
  • Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
