- Role Responsibility
- As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

- First Level UK registered Nurse / Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post qualified experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development

- Experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing Nursing teams.
- Understanding of the Lead Nurse Role
