Main Duties of the Job

As a registered nurse at HC One you will build on your existing skill set, practise in a nurse‑led environment, develop complex decision‑making and collaborative skills, and support residents during vulnerable times. You will carry your profession’s standards through the NMC and mentor your colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver person‑centred nursing care to residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and review care.
  • Act as practice supervisor and assessor to nursing students.
  • Advocate, safeguard and report any concerns of abuse, harm or neglect.
  • Support and promote continual professional development.

About You

You will be a registered nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC Pin and a passion for teaching and supporting colleagues. You will possess effective verbal and written communication skills, role‑model professional behaviour and be able to recognise safeguarding risks.
