Salary: £18.09 - £21.12 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents and ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, administration and ordering medication, review of care plans, and providing clinical guidance
- Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard
- Confident in offering clinical guidance for care teams, supporting CQC tasks
- Trusted member of the team, building connections with residents and families, providing kindness and support
- Effective communication and reporting skills essential for handover of clinical issues
- When working at night, possess enhanced skills for patient safety, strong critical thinking, self‑reliance, and calmness in emergencies
