The post-holder will be expected to work with colleagues and our management team to ensure the service is delivered in line with best practice.
There will be opportunities and encouragement will be offered to support the successful applicant to develop areas of interest in clinical and non-clinical areas including post-graduate education.
The post-holder will:
- Work with colleagues to provide a service with the highest standard of care.
- Work with the multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelines.
- Develop and maintain good working practices within wards, outpatients and A&E.
