Direct implementation of Medical Affairs Management / Aesthetic plans and policies to manage activities concerned with the promotion of the organization's products, clinical trials on marketed products, product line extensions and products under development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide on Galderma’s Aesthetic portfolio.
- Manage field medical team.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure that local aesthetic portfolio plans/activities are aligned to global strategy.
- Ensure the patient is central to all activities.
- Build ongoing relationships with KOLs through a variety of clinical, research and medical activities.
- Support sales and local opinion principals in the field.
- Give input to influencing bodies to further the needs of the business.
- Represent the Medical Department, as nominated, in all appropriate external customer focused activities.
- Participate in MHRA / HPRA processes through providing the medical input and highlighting the clinical perspective.
- Data generation and clinical development.
- Promotional/Non-promotional affairs.
- Medical and Scientific expert.
- Compliance and governance (Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance and Product Quality Complaints at the affiliate level).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Medical Degree or Pharmacist.
- Demonstrable Aesthetic experience preferred.
- Final Medical Signatory preferred.
- Demonstrable Medical Affairs experience preferred.
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in dermatology preferred.
- Demonstrable line management experience preferred.
