Ingeus in Greater Manchester is recruiting a Wellbeing Officer to manage a caseload of participants requiring low to medium level support for mental wellbeing, including CBT, lifestyle, health workshops, and to upskill employment advisors.
You will provide face-to-face, video and phone sessions to help participants progress to employment, produce tailored health action plans, and collaborate with other health professionals to meet KPIs and ensure timely recording.
