THE ROLE
This isn’t a role for someone focused on owning a single feature set. As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you’ll work across our entire product ecosystem — spanning patient‑facing applications, clinician workflows, AI‑driven automation, and data‑heavy system integrations. You’ll be hands‑on, deeply embedded with Engineering and Design, yet comfortable operating in ambiguity. You’ll enjoy doing discovery with users and translating high‑level vision into practical, scalable product solutions that work in the real world of healthcare delivery. We’re early in our journey, meaning you’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape product direction, influence strategy, and leave a meaningful imprint on what we build. This is a hybrid role, working 2–3 days per week in our Manchester office.
What You’ll Do
- Help shape AI‑driven and automation‑led capabilities that improve efficiency and patient outcomes
- Own the end‑to‑end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems and workflows
- Translate complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear product specifications
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end‑to‑end user journey, define the solution architecture, and build scalable integrations
- Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows, and interoperability challenges
- Map upstream and downstream dependencies across healthcare systems and third‑party integrations
- Balance speed and rigor in a fast‑moving startup environment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You should have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology‑driven environment
- Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment, with the ability to move fast and get stuck in
NICE TO HAVE
- A healthcare technology background, ideally working with clinical or operational healthcare systems
- Hands‑on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) – Epic experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrations
- Exposure to products operating at the intersection of EHRs, clinical systems, data, and AI
- Experience building AI‑enabled or automation‑driven healthcare products
- Experience shipping products used by clinicians, care teams, or operational healthcare staff
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A sharp, curious PM who enjoys solving hard problems
- Someone comfortable working across technical, clinical and operational domains
- A builder mindset – you like getting into the details, not just writing tickets
- Someone who challenges assumptions and raises the bar for healthcare technology
