The Lead Nurse Colposcopist will provide senior clinical leadership within the colposcopy service and manage autonomous assessment, treatment and follow-up for patients on cervical screening and cancer pathways. You will work with Clinical Leads, Matrons and the broader team to sustain safe care, timely access, and performance against key indicators.
You will also offer expert clinical advice, supervision and workforce development to nursing and clinical staff, contributing to service resilience
