A permanent contract for a Heart Failure Specialist Nurse (Band 7) is available at Manchester Foundation NHS Trust, North Manchester General Hospital. The role involves joining a proactive multi-disciplinary Heart Failure team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heart Failure Specialist Nurse, ideally with current experience as a Band 7 registered nurse in cardiology, managing heart failure in both clinic and inpatient settings. Candidates should have or be working towards their Independent Non-Medical Prescriber qualification and clinical examination qualification.
Main duties include:
- Patient assessment and management
- Providing clinical advice
- Delivering training
- Writing and reviewing policies and guidelines
