- Exceptional Service: Providing outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients.
Hybrid Working Policy: We believe that having face-to-face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. At the same time, we recognise that homeworking can improve work life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments. Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home 1 day per week.
Requirements: We are seeking a motivated individual who can contribute innovative ideas to enhance our creative service offerings. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. You will also take pride in delivering a consistently exceptional service to both colleagues and clients within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio.
- Proven experience working in an agency or commercial environment.
- Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts.
- A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Confidence in presenting work to a wide range of audiences, including internal colleagues and external clients.
