HCRG Care Group is recruiting a School Nurse to join the Essex Child & Family Wellbeing Service. You will work within a Healthy Family Team delivering universal school nursing and the Healthy Child Programme to children from antenatal through to 19 (25 for SEND).
In this role you will assess health needs, plan and evaluate care packages, mentor pre-registration students and support safeguarding with regular supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.
