You will triage calls, guide callers to urgent assessments, and connect them with crisis teams or suitable local services, working weekdays 8am–6pm in our Maidstone offices.
You will support junior call handlers, assess risk, document interactions accurately, and liaise across CYPMHS networks to ensure safe, timely care.
