Clinical Deputy Manager St Mark's Care Home, 110 St Mark's Road, Maidenhead SL6 6DN. Salary Up to £56,035 per annum - Depending on experience. Permanent - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

You'll help us make health happen by:
- Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
- Creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the home through efficient management of rotas.
- Providing day to day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice and dignity.
- Building lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as fostering a sense of community.
- Liaising with local partners to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
- Understanding the benefits that the right nursing care can bring to residents' lives, championing independence, choice and dignity.
- Possessing up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning.
- An effective communicator able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
