At Reset Health, our Senior Product Managers occupy a critical role within the product team. They need to be practical 'doer' types willing to roll up their sleeves and make product delivery happen. But they also need to be strategic visionaries who make tough decisions, define the product vision, and inspire the wider organisation towards product success and growth. Our Senior Product Managers operate at the intersection between business, technology, clinical and user experience helping the organisation connect business, tech, clinical and user goals to deliver high-quality products. This role will take product leadership responsibility for Platform, Interoperability and AI workstreams, ensuring these capabilities are strategically aligned and effectively delivered across the Reset Health product portfolio. The role will act as a connective layer across products, driving scalable platform capabilities, robust interoperability across systems and partners, and the development and application of AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Define and align product vision: Senior Product Managers define the product vision, deciding what problem to solve, for whom, and when. They research customer data, market trends, competitive analysis, and product viability and feasibility information and use their research to create a product vision that will delight customers and end-users and offer a high ROI. Work alongside key stakeholders (internal, external) to conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Understand and advocate for user needs: Senior Product Managers live and breathe user needs. The best senior product managers are in constant dialogue with stakeholders - they try to go deeper into understanding the user experience and unmet needs, which can become the basis of new features or products in the future. Gathering and prioritising end user and stakeholder insight to inform new areas for product development and growth.
  • Achieve great outcomes: Managing and finding ways to meet requirements from various internal and external stakeholders; lead dialogues with internal stakeholders on the trade-offs between different requirements, sequencing and any trade-offs to prioritise effectively. Develop detailed user stories, product requirements and specifications and deliver to these. Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to launch and post-launch analysis. Includes identifying user and business needs, requirements gathering, project scoping, documentation and user stories. Lead by example and mentor other product managers to provide guidance, support and ensure best-in-class solutions and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, technology and sales to deliver high impact products with a particular focus on platform scalability, interoperability and AI innovation.
  • Prioritise features and backlog: Senior Product Managers face tough decisions around where to focus resources - they draw on user data to make informed choices about what the next tasks should be, whether fixing bugs, optimising infrastructure, or developing new features. They weigh up user needs, business goals, and organisational pressure to prioritise the product backlog. Defining and owning your roadmap and inputting into the wider product roadmap ensuring alignment with platform, interoperability and AI priorities. Curating your product backlog to continually refresh and challenge the vision and approach. Creating product documentation for end users, technical partners (where applicable) and sales.
  • Communicate product status: Senior Product Managers take the lead on product meetings to understand how delivery is progressing and anticipate any blockers. Job documentation is important - senior product managers meticulously document everything that happens, so all stakeholders understand the roadmap vision and status of in flight development.
