We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiographer to join our Molecular Imaging team at The Harley Street Clinic and Leaders of Oncology Care, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.
At The Harley Street Clinic and Leaders in Oncology Care, we provide a range of complex care services, specialising in oncology, cardiology and neuroscience. Our Molecular Imaging Department covers a full range of oncological and non-oncological radioisotope imaging, as well as radioisotope therapy.
The successful candidate will perform a range of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT examinations, ensuring high standards of image quality, patient care and safety. The role includes radiopharmacy duties, use of PACS and other clinical IT systems, participation in departmental audits, and maintaining compliance with radiation protection, health and safety, infection control and clinical governance requirements.
The post holder will also support the day-to-day running of the service, working collaboratively with the wider team and flexibly across sites to meet service needs.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in diagnostic Nuclear Medicine, with PET/CT experience being a plus, though not required. You should be flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our service. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently is essential.
What you'll bring:
- BSc Nuclear Medicine, Radiography, Medical Imaging or similar
- HCPC or RCT registration
- Competent in IV cannulation
- Demonstrable post-qualification experience at a Senior level within Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine
- Experience working within CT Radiographer (applies to Radiographers only)
