Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded and patient-focused GPhC Registered Pharmacist to join our Kilburn pharmacy as a Joint Venture (JV) Pharmacist Partner. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on pharmacy practice with business ownership. The successful candidate will work within the pharmacy, lead the team, deliver exceptional patient care and play a key role in driving the future growth of the business.
About the Opportunity
As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the opportunity to acquire an ownership stake in the pharmacy through the Day Lewis Joint Venture Programme. The model allows pharmacists to become business owners while benefiting from the support, systems, purchasing power and infrastructure of one of the UK's leading independent pharmacy groups.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified and GPhC-registered Pharmacist
- Work within the pharmacy on a full-time basis
- Lead and develop the pharmacy team
- Deliver NHS and Private Pharmacy Services
- Drive prescription growth and service development
- Build relationships with local healthcare professionals
- Play an active role in the strategic and commercial development of the business
- Explore opportunities for additional trading hours, including the potential development of a Saturday opening business case
