About the company
Terra is the health operating system. We make it easy for developers and AIs to build on health data. Hundreds of wearables, sensors, labs, and health apps are connected, normalized, and made intelligent through a single platform. Thousands of developers and AI labs build on Terra today. We process over 15 billion health data events per year. The health OS addresses the fragmentation of health data, allowing every device, app, and sensor to communicate effectively.
Founded in 2021, Terra operates from London, San Francisco, and South Korea, and is funded by Y Combinator (W21), General Catalyst, Samsung NEXT, NEXT Ventures, and many of the world's finest investors. Our team consists of engineers, researchers, builders, and designers who are proactive, innovative, and focused on execution.
About the role
We need a dealmaker who understands health data infrastructure. You will engage with CCOs of wearable companies, negotiate data rights, consent frameworks, and SLAs with their legal teams. You will own the full pipeline, managing relationships with data suppliers and developers consuming through our API.
The Work
- You will connect wearable companies, fitness platforms, blood labs, and hospital systems to Terra, negotiating terms for data flow and managing relationships.

- You will close enterprise-scale deals with companies that have hundreds of millions of users, managing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
- You will define ecosystem strategy across various verticals and geographies, executing against it.
- You will negotiate data supplier agreements that comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA, ensuring they are robust and legally sound.
- You will represent Terra in significant meetings and conferences, establishing credibility within the health business sector.
