Associate Occupational Therapist
The Role
One-to-one home and care home visits across South London. Sessions focus on what patients actually need to manage: getting dressed, using the kitchen, maintaining personal care, moving around their home safely.
Your caseload:
- Functional rehabilitation following stroke or brain injury
- Cognitive rehabilitation and daily routine planning
- Home environment assessment and adaptation recommendations
- Supporting families to manage daily care with more confidence
Who Can Apply
- HCPC registered, active RCOT membership
- 2+ years UK experience in neurological, elderly, or community OT
- Experience with functional assessment in home or community settings
- Based in or able to cover South London
- Enhanced DBS, or willing to obtain one before starting
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
