As an AI Medical Devices Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, having ownership of Odin Vision’s medical devices. The AI Medical Devices Specialist represents Odin Vision and the users of the product, ensuring maximum return on investment and communication of feedback on product features. You will proactively seek feedback and have ownership of how this influences changes in existing medical devices and those developed in the future.

You will receive training on the use of artificial intelligence to better detect the early stages of digestive cancer and will be responsible for the in-life management of a number of products. You will work with customers and distributors to support the use, installation, and gather evidence for new product features, product performance, and monitoring of Odin Vision’s medical devices. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Quality, Operations, and wider teams to maintain technical documentation and customer support for the medical devices and products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing onboarding and training to new and existing customers and clinical collaborators
  • Maintaining customer engagement and deeply understanding customer needs
  • Performing installations of Odin Vision products and supporting distributors
  • Managing the CRM
  • Project managing and documenting the design change process and regulatory submissions
  • Supporting customer queries around installation and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring and recording customer complaints in conjunction with the Operations team
  • Proactively seeking customer feedback and post-market surveillance
  • Taking part in internal and external audits
  • Providing internal and external training
  • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
  • Implementing and owning the company’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Exhibiting analytical and problem-solving ability

Requirements:

  • A full clean UK driving license and use of a car
  • Experience working with a Quality Management System created in-line with ISO 13485 and the Medical Device Directive / Medical Device Regulations is desirable but not essential

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Full Clean Driving Licence

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service is a must; experience working in the medical device industry is desirable but not essential

Travel:

You will be required to travel on a daily to weekly basis, with some visits currently held virtually. Attendance at meetings, installations, exhibitions, and conferences may necessitate overnight stays.
