Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Permanent Band 5 Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) to join the Mental Health Services Team across Sefton. 37.5 hours per week.

You will work as part of an integrated MDT in schools, acting as case manager for young people with mild to moderate mental health needs and delivering evidence-based interventions under supervision where needed.
