Marie Curie is seeking an experienced palliative care nurse to join our new service at Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will identify patients in the ED likely in their last year of life, provide specialist palliative care and facilitate discharge to the preferred place of care.
You will lead clinical assessments, support complex symptom management, and oversee a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care aligned with national guidance.
