You will oversee patient pathways, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement in a fast-paced, 12-bed unit with complex cardiothoracic care.
The post requires strong clinical leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexibly across days, nights and bank holidays to meet service demands. NHS experience preferred.
