Whittington Health is seeking a strategic, senior Midwife to provide clinical leadership across the Maternity Unit. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of midwives, students, and support workers and ensure high-quality care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal settings.
The post holder will rotate through the unit, including night duty and on-calls, to sustain an integrated service and drive improvement in patient outcomes. NHS setting with a focus on staff development.
