Gowrie House Care Home is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to provide strong clinical leadership within the home, working with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of safe, person-centred care. You will develop the nursing team, oversee clinical competencies, audits and quality governance, and support staff development in a well-led environment with clear progression to Deputy Manager and Home Manager roles.
Contract: 45 hours per week, Dayshift (4 days), £23.00 per hour.
