About the Role

Pay: £22.50 per hour

Type: Bank

Shift: Mixed (Days/Nights)

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
  • Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high‑quality standard.
  • Meet the personal care needs of residents while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
  • Assist in nursing care of residents and in general day‑to‑day activities of the home.

Reports to

Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead

Skills and Attributes

  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.

Education and Qualification

  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post‑registration experience.
