Sirona care & health in the Bristol area is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Henderson Rehab Unit at Grace Care Centre in Thornbury. You will deliver individualised nursing and rehabilitation care within a 19-bed unit as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and promote independence.
Essential requirements include BSc or equivalent in adult nursing and current NMC registration. You will work weekends and rostered day/evening shifts, with both day and night duties.
